शैक्षिक योग्यता: उम्मीदवारों ने हायर सेकंडरी परीक्षा (12th) या इसके समकक्ष परीक्षा  मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से पास

आयु सीमा: न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम आयु सीमा 30 वर्ष है।
